Goals of the course

The aim of the course is to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills for planning and conducting social entrepreneurship related master's thesis.

Content of the course

Principles for compiling the master's thesis and requirements for it. The theme of the thesis, the choice of the appropriate theories and methods of conducting the research or project development work and its reasons. Sampling principles.  Dissemination of the research/project, theoretical reference framework, goal setting and the formulation of research questions. Master thesis planning, choice of research method/project development method, preparation of research/project. 

Independent work

(1) preparing and presenting the proposed master's thesis plan; (2) study literature, theoretical framework of the research and its presentation.

Social Entrepreneurship MA Program?

The Social Entrepreneurship programme utilises project-based learning methods where students are working in small, multidisciplinary groups, creating their own projects, mastering theories and knowledge while doing development work.
